LOL! I remember back when I called Bell for support, and they kept either talking down to me or asking silly technical questions. Yo did a FANTASTIC job of conveying this experience into a minute! It also flows very smoothly.
Bad Quality? Compared to what video in this contest. sure it isn't HD, but this is Far above average for this contest(both the quality and the video script/effects).
What I love about this entry is how so many of us can truly relate to nightmare of calling support. Very scary!!! ;)
